My Goals/AdviceWhat This Line is For: To help you name what you're feeling. To untangle what ties up in knots. To listen without judgment, to answer without rushing. To be honest, even when the truth is soft-spoken or hard to hear. To remind you: you are not foolish, and you are not alone.
My EducationHow I Learned: I don't have a degree in psychology. I didn't study relationships in lecture halls or write essays about desire. My education came the slow way; through unanswered texts, long silences, slammed doors, and the ache of wanting something I couldn't keep. I learned by loving the wrong people, by losing the right ones, by saying too much, or not enough. By starting over. Again. And again. By being the villain in someone else's story. By writing letters I never sent. By learning how to stay when it was time to go, and how to go when it broke me to leave. So no, I'm not a professional. But I've sat in the dark with my own broken heart, and I won't flinch at yours.
My ExperienceA Bit of Advice to Begin With: You don't need to have the perfect words. You don't need to be sure. Just begin where you are; confused, heart-bruised, hopeful, or tired. Love doesn't come with a manual, but it does come with stories. Tell me yours. We'll start there.
