Content Moderation Policy and Procedures

1. Purpose and Scope.
   1. This Content Moderation Policy describes how SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com (“We,” “Us,” or the “Company”) reviews, approves, monitors, and removes content on the Site in order to comply with applicable law, Our Terms and Conditions, and the rules of the card networks and payment processors through which transactions are processed (“Card Brand Rules”).
   2. This Policy applies to all user-generated content submitted to the Site, including Talker and Caller profile text, profile photographs, listing images and videos, content offered for sale, and any other text, image, or video displayed in publicly accessible areas of the Site.
2. Prohibited Content.
   1. The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting or suggesting minors; content depicting human trafficking, non-consensual activity, rape or sexual assault, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or minors; content promoting or facilitating escort services, prostitution, or in-person commercial sexual services; content depicting or promoting violence, gore, self-harm, or cruelty; content promoting hate or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics; content offering the sale of drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods; and any other content that is unlawful or violates Card Brand Rules.    2. Content created with artificial intelligence or similar technologies that misleads Users as to the material depicted, including “deep fakes,” is prohibited.
3. Pre-Publication Review.
   1. All public-facing user-generated text, images, and videos are reviewed by Our trained moderation staff prior to being made visible on the Site. No public-facing profile content, image, or video is auto-approved or published without human review.
   2. Before any photographic or video content is approved for sale or public display, Our moderators confirm that the content does not contain prohibited material and that it matches the age-verification record or signed consent on file for the Content Provider’s profile, confirming that the Content Provider is using their own content, consistent with Our Age Verification & KYC Policy.
4. Image and Video Review.
   1. Photographic and video content is subject to the same review standards. Moderators review uploaded images and videos for prohibited content, for any indication that a depicted person may be a minor or may not have consented, and for compliance with the Site’s content rules.
   2. We may use automated tools to assist in screening content (for example, to detect known prohibited material), but automated screening supplements rather than replaces human review of public-facing content.
5. Ongoing Monitoring.
   1. Public-facing content is monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure continued compliance with applicable law, Our Terms and Conditions, and Card Brand Rules. Content that was previously approved may be re-reviewed and removed at any time.
6. User Reporting.
   1. Users may report content they believe violates Our Terms and Conditions or applicable law by emailing Us at support@sexandrelationshipadvice.com. Reports should include enough detail to locate the content (for example, a link, username, or description) and the date and time of identification.
   2. Reports are reviewed promptly. Content that appears to depict a minor, non-consensual activity, or other seriously harmful or illegal material is prioritized for immediate review and removal.
7. Escalation & Reporting to Authorities.
   1. Suspected CSAM or child exploitation is removed immediately, the responsible account is terminated, and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
   2. We cooperate with law enforcement and Our financial partners in connection with investigations of illegal content and activity.
8. Enforcement & Appeals.
   1. Content found to violate Our Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or Card Brand Rules may be removed without prior notice. Repeat or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement and Our financial partners.
   2. A Content Provider whose content has been removed may request review of that decision by contacting Us at support@sexandrelationshipadvice.com. Decisions involving suspected illegal content are final.
9. Recordkeeping.
   1. We maintain records of moderation decisions, reports, and removals as required by applicable law and Card Brand Rules.
