Age Verification & KYC Policy and Procedures

1. Purpose and Scope.
   1. SexAndRelationshipAdvice.com (“We,” “Us,” or the “Company”) maintains this Age Verification and Know Your Customer (“KYC”) Policy to ensure that every User who accesses the Site, sells content or services, or appears in content offered for sale meets applicable age and identity requirements, and to support Our anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, and recordkeeping obligations and the rules of the card networks and payment processors through which transactions are processed (“Card Brand Rules”).
   2. This Policy applies to all Users, including Visitors, Customers, Callers, and Talkers (collectively, “Content Providers” where they upload or sell content), and to every person depicted in any photographic or video content uploaded to or sold on the Site.
   3. The Site is intended solely for adults. No person under the age of eighteen (18) may register for, access, or use the Site or any Service.
2. Customer / User Age Confirmation.
   1. All Users must affirm that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) before accessing age-restricted areas of the Site, registering an account, or making a purchase.
   2. We may, in Our sole discretion, require any User to provide additional proof of age and identity, and We may suspend or terminate access pending verification.
3. Content Provider Verification (KYC). Before a Content Provider may upload content, list services, sell content, or receive any payout, We verify the Content Provider’s identity and age. Our procedures include:
   1. Collection of the Content Provider’s full legal name and date of birth;
   2. Collection of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification;
   3. Confirmation that the identification is authentic and that the individual presenting it is the account holder (which may include a matching photo or other liveness or identity-matching step);
   4. Verification that the Content Provider is at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
   5. Collection of payout and tax information as required, and screening against applicable sanctions and watch lists consistent with Our Anti-Money Laundering & Transaction Laundering Policy.
4. Content Records and Verification of Uploads.
   1. We host and make available for sale photographic and video content uploaded by Content Providers. Content Providers may only upload content that depicts themselves and that they own.
   2. Each Content Provider provides, once at the profile level, an 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement or signed consent confirming the Content Provider’s age and identity and that the content uploaded under the profile is the Content Provider’s own and may be displayed and sold on the Site. See Our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.
   3. At the time of each upload, We verify that the uploaded image or video matches the 2257 statement or signed consent previously provided for that profile, confirming that the Content Provider is using their own content. Content that does not match, or that appears to depict any third party, is rejected.
5. Re-Verification & Ongoing Monitoring.
   1. We may re-verify a User’s age or identity at any time, including where account activity, content, or information suggests that prior verification may be inaccurate or out of date.
   2. If We are unable to verify a User’s age or identity, or if a User refuses to cooperate with verification, We may withhold payouts, remove content, and suspend or terminate the account.
6. Recordkeeping & Data Protection.
   1. We retain age- and identity-verification records for the period required by applicable law and Card Brand Rules, and We handle all such information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
7. Zero Tolerance for Minors.
   1. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content depicting, or any attempt to involve, any person under the age of eighteen (18). Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation will be removed, the responsible account terminated, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate law-enforcement authorities, consistent with Our Terms and Conditions.
