My Goals/Advice
Sex and intimacy is confronting, scary and often times misunderstood. I believe when we bring awareness in and have someone that's listening intimately, it softens the anxiety, the fears, the overwhelming obsession, overthinking. Bringing you back to your truth and releasing all the tension you have been holding onto for sometimes your entire life. Within a safe environment free of needing to be anyone else than who you are in the very moment, we get to the root trauma and shine light on it. Bring compassion and relax so you can feel more free and light.

My Experience
I have been intimately coaching, teaching and facilitating on sex, love and relationships since 2015. I have lead retreats, group coaching and one on one intimate containers. I have done private days solely focused on expanding who you are and mini intimate sessions. I am an expert in vulnerability and listening.
