One of my specialties is helping people overcome addictions. Another one of my specialties is helping people improve their self-esteem by teaching them how to do Positive Self Affirmations the correct way, so that they work, and I can help you decrease your negative thinking. Subconscious or conscious negative thinking can lead to a wide range of mental and physical health problems. Doing Positive Self Affirmations the correct way can help reduce anger, depression, anxiety, drama and conflicts, and can improve your relationships with others and your overall happiness in life.
I am not a hypnotherapist. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques to help you- which was the "gold standard" when I studied Psychology in College. I am also beginning to learn about Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which is the newest "gold-standard" in recent years.
I do not induce hypnosis to treat problems, but I do highly recommend that people with PTSD, trauma, or Complicated Grief, consider finding a licensed Hypnotherapist in their area, since trauma, and PTSD has recently been shown to respond even better to Hypnotherapy, then to CBT or DBT. However, please DO NOT CONFUSE real therapeutic HypnoTHERAPY (by a licensed, in-person, mental health provider) with what you might find online.
If you are just lonely, and looking for someone to talk to, I'm here for you for that also. Loneliness is nothing to be ashamed of. All people get lonely at times and it is not natural for people to be isolated. Isolation and loneliness can lead to mental and physical health problems.
