My ExperienceLife. I am 43 years old and have lived and experienced things. I do work in Behavioral Health but I do not have a degree in it. All my life I have been told I am a great listener, I am calm and caring and a really good friend. I personally have experience with childhood trauma, relationship emotional abuse and narcissitic abuse tactics. I will not be detailed about my trauma but I will share what I learned and help you where I can if there are similarities.
