With a background in global theology, I've had the privilege of exploring the diverse ways that people from different cultures and faiths experience and express love. As a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, I've learned the importance of mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence in cultivating healthy relationships. Currently, I'm pursuing my holistic life certification, which has deepened my understanding of the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
